Our non-combustible, corrosion-resistant eave vents are equipped with an ember-catching wire mesh screen complete with an intumescent coating that self-closes at very high temperatures when wildfire is near.

Drywall

USG Sheetrock Brand EcoSmart Panels Firecode X are lightweight, fire-resistant gypsum panels. They feature an innovative, noncombustible gypsum core encased in 100% recycled face and back papers. These panels cost 20% more than regular drywall, but we believe in providing the best quality without adding to your expenses. As your contractor, we’ll absorb the extra cost to keep your project affordable.

Roof

These shingles provide a high level of fire protection to the roof deck. Class A shingles are considered fully fire-resistant, offering robust defense against the spread of flames.

Exterior Siding or traditional stucco

James Hardie invented fiber cement siding because of its unparalleled longevity and quality over traditional wood siding. It's water resistant and doesn't attract pests, reducing the need for ongoing repair. It's even non-combustible and fire resistant.

Shaker kitchen cabinets are known for their timeless design, exceptional durability, and versatile style, making them a perfect choice for both modern and traditional kitchens.

The kitchen will iclude LED lighting at the toe kick. A modern feature at no extra cost

Doors

The traditional Home Depot door wont do for us. We install Shaker doors, these doors are double the price but worth it.

Vinyl floor

Every ADU will have a 5mm vinyl floor. Anything under 5mm will warp in a few years

Daikin offers a 5-Year Parts Limited Warranty, one of the best warranties in the industry
